Problem Statement:
The client, a school, required a comprehensive digital solution encompassing a website, mobile application, and an attendance system for students and teachers. The website needed to showcase important information, student strength, interactive galleries, the school's house system, and other relevant details. The mobile app required separate logins for students and teachers, enabling teachers to assign homework and publish notices, with students receiving notifications. Additionally, an attendance system using RFID scanners and cards was required to streamline attendance tracking for both students and staff.
Proposed Solution:
We developed a fully customizable website with an admin panel for content modification, featuring an interactive gallery with image and video viewing capabilities. The mobile app, built using Flutter, incorporated separate logins for students and teachers. Teachers could assign homework, publish notices, and attach files, while students received notifications and could view assignments with deadlines. The backend, powered by Node.js with PostgreSQL and Prima ORM, ensured secure data storage and retrieval. For the attendance system, we implemented an RFID-based solution with hardware integration, allowing students and teachers to mark attendance using RFID-enabled ID cards. All attendance data was securely stored in the database through an API. Finally, we provided an admin panel built with Next.js for efficient management of website content, app information, student/teacher data, and attendance records.
Result:
Our comprehensive solution empowered the school with a robust digital ecosystem. The website showcased vital information attractively, and the interactive gallery fostered engagement. The mobile app streamlined communication between teachers and students, enabling efficient homework assignments and notifications. The RFID-based attendance system eliminated manual processes, ensuring accurate and secure attendance tracking. The admin panel centralized the management of all components, allowing seamless content updates, data administration, and attendance monitoring. Through our integrated approach, we delivered a tailored solution that facilitated effective communication, enhanced operational efficiency, and provided a cohesive digital experience for the school community.
