Vision Sentinel
Case Study
Problem Statement:
The client, operating a large facility with hundreds of workers, faced challenges in managing access control and attendance tracking. Existing processes relied on manual verification of ID cards, which were prone to errors and security risks. Additionally, the lack of a centralized system made it difficult to monitor and enforce attendance policies effectively.
Proposed Solution:
To address these challenges, we developed Vision Sentinel, a comprehensive solution comprising an Android app for kiosk panels and a backend infrastructure with a WebSocket server. The Flutter-based app, powered by TensorFlow Mobile for face recognition, enabled workers to mark their attendance securely and efficiently upon entry and exit. The Node.js backend ensured real-time data synchronization across all devices, ensuring uninterrupted operations even during server downtime.
Result:
Vision Sentinel revolutionized the client's facility management by introducing a seamless and secure access control and attendance tracking system. Through the intuitive kiosk app, workers could effortlessly mark their attendance using face recognition, eliminating the need for manual ID card checks and reducing the risk of unauthorized access. The centralized backend with real-time data synchronization ensured accurate attendance records and enabled efficient monitoring of worker movements throughout the facility. With its robust design and advanced technologies, Vision Sentinel enhanced the client's operational efficiency, security, and compliance, setting new standards for facility management solutions.
